A comment by Alberto Núñez Feijóo about the abilities of the vice-president of the government, Yolanda Díaz, threatens to cost the PP leader a new turmoil at the end of the campaign.
The popular leader was speaking this Thursday at a rally in Puente del Rey with the President of Madrid, Isabel Diaz Ayuso, and the Mayor of the Capital, José Luis Martínez Almeida, when he stated during his speech that “Seeing the vice president who fills the job, you know a lot about make-up. There is no doubt. More than ever.”
The comment was immediately interpreted as interfering with the vice president’s physical appearance and portfolio chief.
Vigo, who was reading his speech at the time, denounced in his speech the discrepancies that occur between the number of real unemployed and the number officially recognized – the make-up – but his comment ended up overriding this controversy.
Immediately, the social networks associated with Yolanda Díaz and the Sumar platform erupted against the PP leader and this comment they called macho.
