The highway between Madrid and Valencia has been halted due to a fire

High-speed trains between Valencia and Madrid have been suspended since this morning due to an accident at the facilities in the San Isidro Tunnel. As confirmed by sources from Adive to vanguardA fire broke out this morning affecting the pumping well, which resulted in the accumulation of water and smoke on the track. For security reasons, the same sources reported in detail, trading had to be stopped.

At the moment, no train to Madrid or to Valencia from the capital has been able to leave this morning. So far, seven caravans have been affected, one of which was on the Valencia-Seville route and the rest covered the route to the capital. The problem is that Adif still can’t predict when life will return to normal, so the delays for the trains, which can’t get in and out of Valencia’s Joaquín Sorolla station, will pile up all morning.

And all this, in the middle of Election Day when everyone who wants to cast their ballots must do so before eight at the polling station.
